.2.0 Consist Parts Description:

    2.1 The screw extruder and haul-off unit have applied imported AC inverter ,vacuum pump and driving motor have applied excellent products,the drawing machine include two claws type,three claws type ,four claws type and so on .

    2.2 Sawing cutting or plant cutting can be applied,the production efficiency is high ,it can produce inner wall spiral pipe ,inner wall hollow pipe --etc

    2.3 With different moulds.PE ABS PPR PEX can be used,silicon core pipe and pipe of other material,the plantary cutting machine is fully automatic computer digital control,it has such advantage of simple operation ,reliable performance.

.3.0 Advantage And Specification For Extrusion Line

    3.1 This series of conical twin screw extruders have excellent advantages of good compounding, high output,stable operation, great application range, long life span, and PVC powder direct processing. They can also be used in the production of pipes, profiles, sheets and pelletizing with suitable die and accessory machines.

     3.2 Temperature adjusting equipment of the screw core: using heat stick type inner cycle cooling system or auto-adjusting temperature control type outer cycle cooling system.

     3.3 Barrel cooling: wind cooling or outer cycle oil cooling.

    3.4 Temperature control instrument: RKC instrument or local made instrument.

     3.5 Speed adjusting equipment of main machine: silicon control direct current stepless speed regulation or Japan's frequency conversion alternation current speed regulation or England's digital direct current speed regulation.
