Applications:

Plastic pipe machine are mainly used in agriculture irrigation and water supply, construction, and cable laying.

   

Features:

1. This line is composed of conical twin screw extruder, vacuum calibration tank, tractor, cutter, turn-over stacker.

2. It has advantages of wide adjustment range, high precision, convenient operation and so on.

3. The extruder and tractor adopt imported VVVF(variable voltage and variable frequency).

4. The tractor have types of two, three, four, six, eight, ten and twelve fingers.

5. The cutter can be divided into saws cutting and epicyclic cutting types.

6. The auxiliary machine adopts programmable controller or electric control system.

7. According to customer's requirements, pipes of different materials such as PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX,etc.
